Bren is a nurturing Yoga Therapist who draws from a quiet nature and experience of growing up working as an Aide in a Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Clinic. Physical Therapy has evolved, even with Managed Care, but the gentler “feel good” modalities of the past that focus on relaxation are often put to the side. As a Yoga Therapist Bren’s focus is on relaxation of the body and mind and spirit, incorporating breath, body awareness, meditation, self-love and yoga postures. Using knowledge of biofeedback in a rehab setting, she combines both Western and Eastern training to guide others back to a holistic state of rest. Her love for nature, where she is often found guiding yoga, her experience in landscape and interior design and voice as an artist help paint with words during class a guided visualization.
