Is Nutrition Important?
A proper nutrition plan is a great idea wherever you are in your life. Craig can help you evaluate your current plan and suggest ways to enhance the results you’re seeing through acupuncture.
Are the Needles Sterile?
Craig uses single-use, disposable needles that are absolutely sterile. There is virtually no risk of infection from the needles.
Are There Side Effects?
The most common side effects are fatigue and emotional release as the procedure creates room for your body and mind to relax. Other, less common side effects are soreness, bruising, and ocassional muscle twitching.
